1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Aprendendo a Papar application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.

2. Service Description

Aprendendo a Papar is an application designed to assist parents and caregivers during a baby's food introduction. The application offers:

• Personalized meal plan generation
• Food diary for tracking
• Recording of food acceptance and reactions
• Educational information about foods and food introduction practices

3. Registration and User Account

To use the application, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur in your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. The data collected includes information about your baby, food preferences and feeding records. This data is:

• Stored securely and encrypted
• Used exclusively to provide and improve our services
• Never shared with third parties without your explicit consent
• Protected in accordance with applicable data protection law (Brazilian LGPD)

5. Medical Information and Service Limitations

IMPORTANT NOTICE — READ CAREFULLY.

Aprendendo a Papar is an auxiliary planning and organization tool, intended to provide educational and logistical support for families during food introduction. It is in no way a healthcare service, medical advice, nutritional counseling, allergy guidance or any other form of clinical professional orientation.

All information presented in the application — including suggested ages for food introduction, allergen lists, portion recommendations, preparation guidelines and any other content — is strictly educational in nature and is provided "as is", without any warranty of suitability for any individual baby's case.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Every decision about what to offer the baby is the sole responsibility of the legal guardians (parents, tutors or authorized caregivers).
• Before starting food introduction, introducing any new food (especially allergens), or making changes to the baby's feeding routine, you must consult a pediatrician, pediatric nutritionist, allergist or other qualified healthcare professional.
• The application does not replace medical follow-up, examinations, anamnesis, dietary prescription, or any other professional healthcare act.
• In case of any suspected reaction — skin, respiratory, gastrointestinal or behavioral signs — you must immediately stop offering the food and seek emergency medical care.

6. Parental Responsibility for Allergenic Foods

The introduction of potentially allergenic foods is a clinical and family decision that involves real risk to the baby's health. The application only organizes and signals introduction windows based on general pediatric guidelines — it does not perform individual risk diagnosis, does not know the baby's family history of allergies, does not replace allergy testing, and does not monitor symptoms in real time.

By using the application, you expressly declare that:

• The choice of which allergens to offer your baby, at what age, and in what form of preparation is a personal and non-delegable decision of the legal guardians.
• You assume full responsibility for monitoring the baby during and after the offering of allergens.
• For babies with a family history of food allergy, atopic eczema, diagnosed allergy, or any other risk factor, the introduction of allergens must be conducted under direct medical supervision — regardless of what the application suggests.

7. Responsible Use

You agree to use the application responsibly and commit to:

• Provide truthful information about your baby
• Not use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system
• Respect the application's intellectual property rights

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aprendendo a Papar, its developers, partners, service providers and affiliates shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, food poisoning, choking, asphyxiation or any other adverse health event involving the baby — regardless of whether the food involved was listed, suggested or planned by the application;
• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the application;
• Decisions made by guardians based on any information presented in the application, including minimum age recommendations, suggested allergens, portions and preparation methods;
• Errors, omissions, inaccuracies or outdated content in educational material, food data, nutritional information or safety rules;
• Actions or omissions of other users authorized to access or edit the meal plan (shared family, share links);
• Data loss, technical failures, service interruptions, connectivity issues or unavailability of the application;
• Acts of third parties, fortuitous events or force majeure.

You acknowledge that you are using the application of your own free will and at your own risk, and you release the developers and operators of Aprendendo a Papar from any compensation claim related to the baby's health or to feeding decisions made with the help of the application.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the application. Continued use of the application after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Account Cancellation and Deletion

You may cancel your account at any time through the application settings. When you delete your account:

• All your data will be permanently removed
• Access to the application will be immediately revoked
• The action is irreversible

12. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Brazilian laws. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brazilian courts.
